They sell the pumps, and flow control listed below.

If you take in the info from this thread, they will be able to fix you right up, probably will also be able to get the electric motor.

If using a gear pump, use this flow control:

You can get these flow controls with a relif valve built in.

If using a gear pump, try this one:

If using the piston pump, use this, but make sure it has the flow and pressure compensator (load sensing)
The needle valve is just a generic needle, say 3/4" ports.

For a motor, you can use one of these unidirectional pumps as a motor depending on you direction of rotation:

26007-RZD pump to be used as a unidirectional motor counter clockwise when looking at shaft end
26007-LZD pump to be used as a uniderectional motor clockwise when looking at shaft end

So you will need:
The electric motor and switch gear (starter, disconnect etc..)
(if I were you I would get a C-face electric motor)
Bellhousing for cface motor
Coupler for electric motor shaft
Coupler insert
Coupler for pump shaft
pump
flow control with relief valve (if using gear pump)
Needle valve (if using piston pump)
hydraulic motor
hoses
return filter
plumbing
hydraulic tank

I would try a local hydraulic supplier, as it will be cheaper, and you will have support if needed.
You will probably be around $4000.00 to $5000.00
